I've started writting a book now

I decided to start writing a book about my experiences as a landlord. I don't think it'll be a how-to, more like a story. So far, it's the story of what we did and how we got started but I don't know if I want it to be a total biography or not. I wish I was funnier though. It would make reading (and writing it) more fun LOL.

It's from the perspective of a Mom and Wife so it'll have a bit of the bickering between the husband and I (along with stories about me having to go there after he can't figure the thermostat out and changing the batteries myself or flipping the switch on a breaker when he couldn't get it to stay) as well as maybe some tenant stories. I don't know how much of that to put in though. I mean we went to the Landlord Tenant board and I'd hate to write about that and have the tenant read it you know?

Not sure how I want it to go. I'm just starting to write and we'll see how it develops. We've only been landlords for 3 years so I'm thinking it'll take a few years. At least the first 5 years so I have a few years to finish it.
